Terms and Conditions This agreement shall be considered a legal contract for the purchase of equipment and supplies between the buyer and Stuff4teeth.com.
Disclaimer
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer or user to provide safe use of all chemicals. Please refer to the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) and the product labels for any warnings and for proper use of the materials. The chemicals that are sold at Stuff4teeth.com are intended for use by individuals who are qualified and have been trained in the proper manufacturing procedures. All hazardous chemicals are sold subject to the law at our discretion.
TERMS: Terms are NET 30 Days (OPEN ACCOUNT) A 1.5% service charge will be assessed on all accounts that are not paid in full by the 25th day following the monthly statement for merchandise received.
CREDITS
1) Merchandise may not be returned for credit without prior authorization from Stuff4teeth.com. 2) Credits cannot be issued unless a copy of the original invoice is included with the returned merchandise along with a reason for the return. 3) Merchandise cannot be accepted for return after ten days from shipment of order. 4) Returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge unless the item is damaged or shipped in error. 5) C.O.D. returns will not be accepted by Stuff4teeth.com. 6) UPS call tags for returned merchandise will be paid by the customer.
LEGAL JURISDICTION AND VENUE: The rights and obligations contained herein shall be governed by the provisions of California law. It is expressly agreed that any action brought to enforce any terms of this agreement, including payment for services and supplies, shall be properly initiated in the County of Los Angeles, State of California. ATTORNEY FEES: In any action brought to enforce any of the terms of this agreement, including payment for services and supplies purchased hereunder, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees.
